This is off of an 08 yz85 I bought to flip. Motor was locked up and you can imagine how hard it was to get the cylinder off!

I am thinking the wrist pin. I havent taken it apart yet. I already have another top end for it. The crank is still locked up and I suspect the cases are cracked too. I have a spare set of cases too.

It's a plated cylinder. If you look closely you can see it cracked the whole sleeve. A 2mm overbore cylinder came with the bike and I will use that one. This was one of the bikes that came in the package deal. 03 RM65, 03 KTM65, and an 08 YZ85 for $700.
That looks more like a crank pin roller to me, it must have one hell of a struggle to get up there.
ive seen them a bit worse. but the ones ive seen, the piston separated from the crank. still, that looks pretty bad.
You can give that jug to Blasterbruce. He will slap GB weld and a hone on it to use on his junk that he sells on CL. Lol.
