Exhaust ?

Im pretty new to Quads and this is my 1st Blaster. I bought it Used with a FMF fatty pipe on it. I noticed it had a leak where pipe meete engine. Im pretty sure it is supposed to have springs to attatch it but i see none. I see where springs attatch to the pipe but not where springs attatch to motor. Am i missing something? or broke something? :-/ If so what do i need to replace.

people generally attach the spring to the cooling fins on the head of the motor

there should be a part on the flange to attach the spring to right next to one of the bolts.

Thanks for the replys. The flange looks like the mount broke off. So to mount springs to the fins Im assuming i need to drill a hole in said fin? I know dumb question but Im making sure im not missing another way of mounting it.

You could get a small piece of sheet metal, drill the right size hole in it for the bolt on the flange, and make it stick out about a half inch, and then drill a little ~1/8" hole in it, bolt that to one of the flange bolts, sandwich it inbetween the bolt and the flange like a washer, and hook the spring to that.
