Exhaust Paint/Coating?

So I got a question. Have any of you coated or painted your aftermarket pipes.

Not silencer but pipe. I want mine black and and am wondering the best way to go about it. I know they cannot be pced due to heat but can be ceramic coated? I guess this is super expensive. Has anyone just used high temp paint etc and how did it turn out .

Mine has been coated with something before I got it. It probably was painted after it was removed and before I bought it. I havent gotten that many rides in on it yet so I dont know how it will turn out yet...

super noober painted his , i think there is a paint that after it dries you run the engine till its good and hot and it bakes the paint on. i have seen many pipes that were painted, but not sure which kind of paint to use.

i painted the tube that connects to the expansion chamber that goes into the silencer with just 1500 degree paint

yeah just use like grill or header or engine paint
