its just exess oil same way you might have it oozing out the end of your silencer, just make sure it from the flange and not the head

Use some RTV ultra copper high temp sealer around the the exhaust and flange.

true story!! i just installed a fmf on my lt250r a week or so ago, copper rtv seal where the flange bolts to the jug and also a bead around the flange where the pipe slides on.. 100% leak free

exactly.. my uncle uses the stuff as header gaskets on his drag car, cheaper and easyer than using gasket since the headers get pulled off a few times a year

Mine does it a little bit too. Just excess oil.

The guy I bought my blasty from last year used it for replacing the crank case gaskets Needless to say it didn't work so well. X(

no it works good for 2 and 4 stroke exhausts, and i even used it to help keep rear hubs tight
