Is there any reason to have the O ring between the exhaust flange and the engine? When I installed my dynoport I took it out and forgot to put it back in. I really don't want to go through the whole hassle of taking it all apart again just to put in a stupid little O ring that I don't need. It seemed like it was pretty beat up. It is actually smaller than the hole on the flange that came with the dynoport, so I'm think it might be restrictive to the exhaust. Is that only for a seal on the stock exhaust, or will that seal the dynoport flange as well?
