Is there any reason to have the O ring between the exhaust flange and the engine? When I installed my dynoport I took it out and forgot to put it back in. I really don't want to go through the whole hassle of taking it all apart again just to put in a stupid little O ring that I don't need. It seemed like it was pretty beat up. It is actually smaller than the hole on the flange that came with the dynoport, so I'm think it might be restrictive to the exhaust. Is that only for a seal on the stock exhaust, or will that seal the dynoport flange as well?

its so it wont leak, you probaly will need it.my fmf came with no o-rings and it leaked like crazy. U can also use high temp silicon.

i know its a hassle when i got my fmf i had to take it off and back on like 3 times just to get it right.
