ok i got my motor ready to send out to ken it is getting the trail porting and the 3 mil vitos stroker crank i already have the vforce reed cage now my question is what exhaust and carb should i run this will be a beater bike it will see short runs and drag race runs so what would you guy suggest

33pwk or 34pj carb and a right side pipe, f7/lrd/dynoport

if its gonna be for short runs and drags why not get a more drag oriented port???? like a dune port???
and you can get your port to match the pipe better than a pipe to match the portwork.
if you really wanna know ask Ken what he thinks, hes the man building your engine.....he knows what you need

illl second that post and i think a lrd would be a good drag pipe

yes he did tell me he told me to get a toomey or a fmf i just wanted to get some more opinions and plus im trying to stay on pump gas

pipe and carb got nadda to do with octane needed, compression and timing advances do
i run kens porting with a right side f7 style pipe and 34 pj and it rips

So will this actually be an ATV or just a drag machine? If you are just dragging and not trail riding and all that jazz, then I would go with nothing smaller than a Keihin 35mm PWK. That's probably what I would suggest altogether. If you really want peaky power and bigger numbers you could run a 38PWK, but if you are trail riding, I'm not sure how well it will pan out.

it is going to be a all around blaster, pit rideing, trail rideing and drag racing the naborhood kids with there blasters down the fields and some local practic days around the track
