Even worth fixing jb welded case

What would you guys do pretty sure it’s got a chinese top end aswell, should i try to send the case out and get it fixed or find a new one then rebuild the whole top and bottom, or just try to find a whole motor. The clutch arm was loose when i pulled the cable off the arm i was able to move it up and down and pull it out of the engine if the carb wasn’t in the way if i put my finger over the hole and wiggle the clutch arm up and down i can feel it moving and air or some sort of movement through the hole.
