So I got a 91 blaster that had low compression for 300$. It also has a keihir (I think that's how it is spelled) carb, DG exhaust, new pro taper bars, and its boared .5. And it end up the low compression was because of a 10$ head gasket. 1500 dollar quad for about 320$.
