engine running bad (flywheel off pics) HELP!?

I need some help guys... I have gone through this bike. I have checked the reeds (they are in great shape) ensured no leaks around the reed cage, and gone through, and cleaned the carb 3 times... I unplugged the tors, and actually replace the throttle cable and physical tors unit on top of carb with another one I had laying around... I replaced the coil, and plug wire. I am going to buy a new plug tomorrow although I started troubleshooting with a new plug.

I am considering ordering the tors delete, but I dont think that will resolve me issue. I am running clean good 93 octane, and I still have oil injection, and it is working (good clean oil "yamalube")...

Ok so giving the bike some gas it will start. With choke on it immediatly revs up. I turn the choke off and it wants to stall. So if I keep it running, and let it warm up it starts backfiring occasionally. under 25% or so throttle it just bogs out. obviously wont idle. Seems like it would run good when full out down the road, but then will start backfiring.

So then someone said woodruff key. I bought one, and got a puller. pulled it off, and that is where I am at right now. took some pics. does everything look ok?

if you think everything looks ok what do I try next?!

looks like the key is fine. have you checked to ensure that the head bolts and the base nuts are tight on the jug? what does your air filter look like?

I have checked the nuts (when I put the new clutch cable on I went around, and ensured they were all snugged down.

The air filter I cleaned real good and recharged before I even fired the engine up (had it all apart, and degreased filter housing "plastic" as well)... I pulled the head off, and put a new gasket on it, and when it was off I turned it over, and checked the cylinder walls, and they are flawless (no scraping or sines of where or a bad ring)...

did you take the carb apart completely, take all the jets out and the float needle and evrything and spray it out good with carb cleaner then spray it out with air..

if it runs fine with the choke on and dies when the choke is off leads me to think the pilot jet is dirty

yeah, I took it 100% completely apart, and cleaned EVERYTHING. its spotless inside and out... I have a second one, but its nasty. I would expect it to run the way its running with the second one not this newer spotless one...

Ignition coil may be the culprit. Mine was acting up all over the place. Tested the coil yesterday and sure as sh*t, it doesn't read close to specs. It was basically doing a continuous weak spark completely out of timing.

BUMP! UPDATE! please help. trying to work on it now.

Ok, so I think I got it running pretty descent. will idle for a 20-30 seconds without staling, and no more hard back fire POPS.

HOWEVER, now when I accelerate hard and let off gas/pull in clutch to shift it revs to where ever the throttle was, and so I have to let out the clutch to bring the rpms back down. Once I bring them back down and pull in clutch its fine. So if I shift at real low RPMS it seems ok because it revs to the low RPM but If I take of strong and let off gas its like I never let off the gas when pulling in clutch... dunno? any help?

please? Sticky carb? just get rid of the TORS? the throttle and plunger seem to respond good with no sticking btw...
