Has anyone made or modified their own wire harness? I'm looking for the male and female single pin connectors with the rubber seals so I can fab my own harness or if anyone know what they are called. I haven't looked at my wheeler very well yet but I found a ball of wire what looked to be the harness stashed in the airbox. There is some wiring on the machine itself but I don't know what all is there. I want to cut it down to the essentials and whatever accessories I would be using, wire loom it and tuck it nice and neat.

Ok I searched some more and from what I found I'm looking for bullet terminals. I found a wide variety but I'm looking more for an oem style with the rubber seals to help keep out water and stuff. Alot of them look like they are hard plastic possibly, I want the full rubber insulation sheath type that covers the whole connector.
Ok I found these on ebay. This is what I'm talking about, either .99 on bid with $3.50 shipping or $5.80 buy it now. Comes with 20 full sets of male/female connectors and Insulators. Just wondering if anyone has more experience with this and buying this stuff, if that is a good deal or not or can point me where to find good quality ones for the price. Thanks.
GOOD auto parts stores such as? We have a napa, advance auto and autozone. I personally like napa but not the one in this town so much. I never really bought electrical stuff from the parts store so I never look to see what they have.

Those seem like they would work, except if i were you, i would soilder the wires to the pieces for extra sercurity
I was thinking NAPA or non-chain local joint. Never been in advanced and don't think AZ would carry those, could be wrong though.
