if it is that part, and its clicking, it probably is still fine but displaying symptoms of another wiring issue. you can count the pins it has and note their orientation and find another relay with the same configuration and plug it in matching the correct wire to the numbers marked at each pin in the plastic of the relay. eg 85 or something. then try again. if it works, the relay is faulty and just use your new one. they are cheap and universal (mostly) as long as the same number of pins are present. are you sure you battery is getting charge while the bike is running? use a multimeter to check. if its not, your voltage may be dropping too low for the coil to generate a spark and hence cuts out when the battery drops below 10V or so. im not a expert on electrical either but ive had my fair share of experience.
