Not exactly through ebay. but you can either use paypal and add a card or sometimes sellers accept cradit cards as payment. Pretty sure your then obligated to give some random person credit info... ... Dont like that idea at all...

Yeah you can use a credit card completely. just not through ebay directly.. for it to be protected against fraud according to ebay it has to be through a third party electronic merchant account.

Ebays payment policy:

"To make sure buyers on eBay have safe, convenient, online payment options, sellers are required to offer at least one of these payment methods: PayPal, credit or debit card processing through an Internet merchant account, Skrill, Paymate, or ProPay.

We usually suggest using PayPal. It's fast and easy, and you can pay without revealing your credit card or bank account information."

Some sellers will tacke CC's but most prefer paypal. As others have mentioned, you can associate your CC to your paypal account.

and paypal doesnt disclose any financial information to the seller , they just recieve the transfer of funds from paypal . none of your information is shared. There are stores in my area now that are accepting paypal , its great . I was surprised to see how much I actually use paypal versus my actual bank account/debit card .

i have the actual paypal debit card, when i sale sumthin, i either go straight to the atm to retrieve the loot, fee free
or use the paypal debit card for merchandise just like any other debit card
