if buy count u mean good, then the a-arms are good, like lonestar and asr and such, as for the swingers, most of them are junk, u gotta get the expensive ones if u are going a/m

ok, i'll keep that in mind, im still in the research and planning mode right now on what i want to do with the bike. it wil be a month or more before i actually start geting the parts.

spend a little extra for brand name, they will hold up and last longer

umm, those a-arms dont look like long travel.

either way, you will need better shocks.

I have the same a arms and yes they are long travel asr builds those a arms for the Honda 450r shocks and of course the expensive aftermarket shocks also work with them I have the 450R shocks and love them
