I bought a 1996 Blaster and it runs like a champ. I decided to change the oil since I don't know when it's been changed last. When I filled it up oil seems to be leaking from behind the drive sprocket. I know there's an oil seal somewhere in there but don't know how hard it is to replace. Anybody know if it's an easy job to replace the seal or a major undertaking.

The drywall screw is the best trick with that one. Then just push the new seal over the output shaft but be VERY careful pushing the new seal over the shaft or the seal can snag and turn inside out.

I would definitely clean the shaft very well before you try to install it and then go the hardware store and purchase an o-ring which will fit down into the groove to keep the lip from hanging up.

Not sure what you mean about the o-ring and groove. What groove do you mean and where is it?

When you remove the front sprocket there is a keyed "washer" which is bolted to the sprocket to keep it lined up side to side. The groove that the washer sits in will catch the seal lip if you don't keep the lip out of it somehow.
