Hi guys its been a while...anyway this whole time ive been saving up some money and was thinking of getting a vitos 240 bbk and porting it with a 3mil crank.
But i was doing some research and found a cylinder kit from F7 - Factory 7 Fire-Breather 240cc Cylinder Kit.
So which do you guys recommend??
P.S The setup im looking for is dune riding...big dunes

i would rather have a airsal over a vitos all day.. BUT at the same time i would rather have a LA sleeve or CT sonic kit over a airsal. something to remember with the airsal cylinders is they have a nikisil coating so if u blow it up its not as easy as simply boring it out to the next size, you have to send it away to get recoated.

Might want to check on avaiability of pistons for whatever kit you get. Been seeing some talk here as to being hard to get pistons for BBKs, don't know if it's specific to one kit or not.

On a side note, bet you have lots of "Big Dunes" over there.

only thing to remember with the firebreather is you need to run 110 octane if you just order the setup and dont get anything custom done. I would personally do a stock bore, 3mil, with aggressive dune porting for the 3 mil and run an lrd or dynoport pipe with a 35mm carb. It will be mild at low rpms but once it starts reving, its gonna get wild which is how the dunes are suppose to be ridden.
