well i searched and search and when you guys talk about tire sizes theres 3 numbers for example 21x8x10 or something, what do they mean and how do i know what size rim i have? I would love to add clearance in the back so bigger tires in the rear is a must. its mainly for trails( mud, rocks, big stumps mainly for like explorering) i'd love to get a tire that can do everything i will hardly or never see sand and snow. would be good to recommend a tire that would be good and good on the budget. So opinoins are welcomed thanks guys can't wait. Also i have wheel spacers and one of them have broken off. So theres no lug nut holding the rim only from 3 of them, is that the stud from the spacer or the main stud from the hub? is it possible just to buy new ones and replace one?? thanks guys i have a 1998 blaster..

21 is the the height of the tire from ground up........8 is how wide the tire is.........and 10 is the rim size

for a good tire with a good price i would look for some kenda claws or dominators

thanks buddy that was a quick response, so whats recommended front size tires and rear? i want the rear alittle higher so i'd go bigger, maybe same hieght but the fronts will be thinner right?

so a 22x11x8 is good enough for the back, and i can run a 22x8x10 for the front, will it look wierd? and how is the front tire a taller rim then the rear??

22 is considered big here..alot of ppl use 18...they dont look wierd at all..ill post a pic of mine..and 22 fronts are normal.

22s are about the biggest you can get in the back without a longer swingarm. If you lose power, just change the gearing on the sprockets, no problem there. I like the power with 22s. My quad just got stolen, but it was awesome on mud lite 22x11-8 rears and 22x8-10 fronts. I like woods riding so those tires are good for me. People who race run smaller tires.

awsome guys thanks alot... i'll wait till my stockies get ready to be changed and go ahead with a bigger tire. i got 18's i think in the back..

gotta watch 18's. you lose on the top end, and lose ground clearance. kenda makes good reliable cheap tires. if your getting new wheels, update to 10" all around. it looks better. 20 is a good tire height for rears. 22 may be a bit big. its all about preference there. i like 21x7x10 or 21x8x10 fronts and 20x11x10 or 20x11x9. blasters have crap for ground clearance as it is, so dontmake it worse running 18s unless you ride mx with it only.

btw..why do none of you run round carrier swingarms? i havent seen a single round carrier on a blaster yet....they are SO much better than the sh*tty stockers. not to mention you gain a bit of clearance. im really surprised.....

well a ton of companies make them. slc quad customs made mine. sometimes if you buy a small companies part they are cheaper, or if you buy a used one...new ones are expensive. search ebay. all you have to change is teh swingarm and carrier. the carrier comes with brake hookups. you can reuse all your other parts..shocks, brakes, axle..etc. i just saw a whole rear setup with shock, swinger, carrier, brake line, etc for like 399....on ebay. ill search and post any results

also idk if you know but if you get wider tires make sure you get new rims..the stock back rims are 10 wide and 8 big if im not mistaken so you need 22x10x8s
