dmc exhaust

A Good Handful of people Here Use the DMC and Love it , The Flange Never Leaks , It Performs Well In low-mid power range , And Good on top end as well , I Love my DMC

DMC Alien, well made, never leaks, performs well in the low/mid range.

A little difficult to fit owing to the bolt up non leaking flange.

IMHO the best sounding pipe on the market \/ \/ \/ take a listen.

The DMC ALIEN ROCKS!
#1...VERY WELL MADE!
#2... Fits like a glove
#3... DOES NOT LEAK!
#4... The finish is very long lasting and always looks great
#5... They are priced right!
#6... EXCELLENT low,HARD HITTING MID,and extra on top of the rpm range
(with just a stock engine)

#7... There is a spark arrestor available for it!
#8... You can remove the cylinder head WITHOUT having to remove the pipe
(great for cylinder inspections and head experiments like I do).
#9... Wait till you see what this pipe does with port work and a
re-chambered head! Just take #6 above and multiply it by 3
#10... If you were blind folded and had ear plugs in, you could ride a blaster
set up with a DMC ALIEN,or the same blaster with a TOOMEY B1,and
not feel a damn bit of difference.

is this true joeak cause i would lobe to go with the toomey there just a lil more expensive and i found a dmc cheaper on ebay

does anyone running these DMC's know if the silencer can easily be cut down and the end cap replaced/moved inward ??
i've got a thing about silencers that stick out way past the plastics
(FMF/DMC ect.)
I'm considering giving this pipe a try, but only if i can cut it to fit better/to my liking

It for sure can be cut and shortened , But I Would not do it to mine , Even though I do not have a Grab bar , I Have yet to get it close to dirt or pavement

Here is a close up of when I got the parts blasty , the End Cap has Threads in it , so the Body of the Silencer could be cut and Shortened Easily with a Band saw !

iv just purchased a dmc i was originally going for a toomey but i can't bring myself to spend that money on a exhaust when iv not got suspension yet but iv seen a few people on here using them so they can't be that bad what people make them out to be. :)

don't mean to steal your thread man but does anyone know if you need to rejet for a dmc on a stock engine??

Short answer: Yes.

Anytime you change the air going in or out you need to rejet. Even 100% stock if you removed snorkel or drilled holes in lid you would at least have to check your jetting. Totally different pipe from stock requires rejet/retune.
