there are about 20 different ways to do a front disk setup. you can get 2003+ front spindles, norman spindles, or ream out banshee spindles. then i believe almost, if not all yamaha sport atv front calipers and hubs/rotors will bolt right up. the only thing to know about that is the 450r front calipers are dual piston, which makes them pricy but worthless to you unless your a hard core racer, since your blaster is so light that a single piston caliper will lock the wheels up. the easiest way to do the lines is to get soft lines that are made for the quad. i think asr has them. or you can get lines off of the big brother quads, like i have. its cheaper, but can be a hassle. and the lever setup is the same on all the quads i believe, or at least close.
btw, i do not recommend the reamed out banshee spindle method, but others on here swear by it. i do have some that i will sell though if you are interested.
