diamond j widening kit

I have one on my son's blaster. Yes, the tie rod extenders bent, but I was able to fix them. The widening brackets themselves are solid. You could go with the widening kit and longer tie rods to eliminate the tie rod extenders (which seem to be the weak point). My fat ass can clear 60' tabletops (and case a few) all day long with no problems since I fixed the tie rod extension. My profile picture has the widening kit installed with custom lowering brackets for the top shock mounts. I raise it up with the diamond J shock bracket for motocross season.

I do some jumps with mine not that big but not small but I also works shocks so it probably softens the impact then with stock

heres a pic of my extended diamond j with yfz shocks

fed, the front did leave the ground today, and when i took it for a ride yesterday and smacked a tree with the side that broke, and it was only the adapter. of all the rescearch that i did on it the only bad part was the tierod adaptor that why i having new full leight tierod tubes made.... my advice would be to use the dimond J kit and just get new tierods made to not use there adaptors, just my opion

I just got some used Lonestar +3/+1(standard travel). AND I got the Diamond J shock conversion to fit some Honda 450R front shocks. Also did the same with a 300ex, 400ex a arms and shock conversion for 450R shocks. I haven't rode them yet.........

There is no way these brackets will break.... Built to last.....

However, why would anyone who distrusted the "tierod extensions" even try them? If you ride like me(37yrs old) then maybe yes. Tierod extension doesn't settle right. Buy some 12mm extended tierods and ends. I highly doubt anyone replies with bent brackets, from Diamond J.

From what I see, no need to trash a suspension modding company, for doing what they claim to do........ Otherwise, do research, and spend wisely. You can always get what you want, for your ballpark price, if your not in a hurry. My bike is gonna go to my kid, so I'm never in a hurry =).

Built bikes come to those with patience(or a boat load of $$$$ LOL). Hell, I've owned my Harley since 96' and its an 88'. Just keeps getting better and more built.

Go with the a arms, but find them used...... Patience... Took me 6 months. A-arms(+3/+1 Lonestar) Spindle/hub/rotor/tierod/caliper/master cylinder and brake lever/SS lines, under $400 shipped. My bike is a 97' so the brakes are a big deal.

Or pull the trigger on the Diamond J ,look for their AUCTIONS, you can get them cheaper, and are not bike specific. Win it and tell them what you need it for. They worked with me on the 2- shock conversion kits, I'm super happy. These are not gonna break.

i snagged my +2 +0 off ebay for 300 shipped new. i love them not too wide for trees on thick trails and plenty wide for rippin fast corners. sometimes used +3 +1's pop up but they seem to go really quick
