Well, I agree to an extent. I agree that the console may scratch the disk over time, but a brand new disc? He said it got scratched because he tripped and knocked over the console. That could've happened to anyone. I have never had my 360 scratch any of my games to the point of no longer being playable. idk, just sayin

the problem seems to happen only when the 360 is standing up or its dropped.
trust me my xbox screwed up 2 of my games both times while being stood up

if you dont touch it wile it is on it will be fine... duhh.....
