D.A.I. Dead At Idle

not too worried about this, but when at idle, or revving pretty low in 1st or 2nd, i can find a spot in my throttle where it will lose power and die. its about 1/16 of the way in. also, when i jump, the floats stick and gas pours out. i gotta clean my carb when i get the new jet for my fatty, ill check out the floats then. any idea what this dead spot could be?

check your float levels and get a carb rebuild kit. cheap on ebay

The dead spot could be the TORS being fooled into shutting down due to wrong adjustment of the idle.

My boy fiddled with his throttle cable tension at the thumb throttle when he had the TORS installed. When the thumb throttle was at about 1/16 on, the spark cut out.

From memory I slackened the cable tension.
