I want to take my cylinder off to fix bottom gasket,do i have to brake it back in after i put it back together, like a new build?

yeah man just be easy dont try to put the piston in crooked it will score the cylinder walls up at the bottom, squeeze the rings tight and it will slide right in

thanks for the info on this i need a new gaskit, the last guy that owned my blaster did not have any idea what they were doing.

yeah its simple just take the gas tank and exhaust off, pull off the plug wire, unbolt the 4 cylinder bolts pull of the clutch cable and the cylinder/head will come off easily
