Custom Meshed Hood

This is my attempt to custom mesh my hood. Took all of 10 min to do. It's also for sale.I:I

Well you inspired me, i bought a fake stick on hood scoop off ebay, and im going to fiberglass it onto my hood custom. haha i cant wait for it to get here

should be fine. just make sure to prep it good. it's going to look terrible if you don't do lots of sanding + lots of bondo after.

(btw, i go to a school for autobody)

^^bondo doesnt stick to plastic, or fiberglass that well. hes going to have to use all fiberglass.

i think im going to fiberglass most of it. and see how good i can get it.
i will sand each layer nice and smooth so at the end it wont be so bad.
i thought of using straight bondo haha but it cracks

ya bondo is not meant for stuff that coves alot. plus its heavy. its for metal body work.

once you get the fiberglass done you can use bondo to smooth it out cause its alot easier to sand than fiberglass

use the bondo with fiberglass in it. works better, and doesnt crack as much if at all.

yea its in the same section as regular bondo.
