crankcase

i just slit the case today... my crank was locked up cuz of the pistion cracked in the crank... is there a way to get the crank out without the crank puller tool??

do u mean the skirt on the piston droped?...so u have pieces of ur piston in the crank?

I dont think you will need a crank puller... I think it just sits inside a hole on each side.

its stuck on one side of the case i even try to beat it with rubber hammer... and also im built bottom to top... cuz im at the bottom might well throw stroker in it...

i was told you could get the crank out with a dead blow hammer...havent tried it yet tho but i need to so i can sell my crank

Did you take the gears on the outside of the cases off? Theres a little key on each side you need to remove. Check out this link. Put in the year of your quad, what kind it is, then click on crankcase-piston. Should be helpful.
