The vent tube that comes out of the right side of the engine and is routed to the other side of the blaster then runs alone the bottom edge of the tank. Where is this tube supposed to end up?

I believe your talking about the oil injection system
The tank is hooked up at the back of the quad, on the left side of the frame right under the rear fender. The tube should run down the edge of the frame, cross over the engine and run into your oil injector. This is what does premix for you.

Connect it directly to :

not sure about crankcase vent if you want to take all the guessing out buy the oem ones on rockymountainatv
