I had one heck of a time getting my right crank seal out. Now that I finally have it out, I can't get the new one in. Any tricks to getting em in?

you want to drive the whole thing in at the same time. also make sure you pack the grove where the spring is in the seal full of grease. A really big socket will work. or you can drill hole in a piece of wood that will fit over the crank shaft and then tap it in with a hammer

put red loctite on the outside edge of the seal, it will go in much easier and won't move when loctite dries.

chassis grease works good also on the spring
