since it was a gift i'm pretty sure his hands are tied there. this is why on something like this i will offer to cover the paypal fees and send it as for goods and services. that extra 12ish bucks is cheap compared to if you get ripped off

First off Thanks to all my bros who gave this guy hell with the phone calls,It payed off bigtime.Have not heard from him in 10 weeks and all of a sudden he calls.Well After all the hype on the forums and all the members from forums calling him and leaving messages the phone finally rang.Last night at 11 pm my cell rings and it's craig.Craig states his "guys" shipped my swinger weeks ago and forgot to put my skidplate in the box,that he would refund my money via paypal and ship my skidplate back that if I recieved the swingarm to ship it back to him.Bottom line is it was never shipped,first of all I never paid for return shipping,second we were going to chrome this for a finish,third why paypal me money back if the swingarm was shipped.Bottom line is swingarm was never shipped.I will end this thread when I get my swingarm skidplate back and when I do then I will be happy.I officially got my $385 via paypal back 10 minutes after I spoke to him last night.We will see if the skidplate shows up.I still wouldn't reccomend this comapny to anyone.But am very happy to get my $385 back so far.Thanks for all your help guys,It is very appreciated.It's nice to know we have good memebrs looking out for others.
