contest/raffle for swinger

Both ideas are good, but there are things that can affect them.
With the raffle you can't guarantee that your name is in there unless he makes a vid of every name going into the hat, although I trust that yb would do this right and honestly. Also why would you have someone pay for a ticket when its a free swingarm, and going back to what 245 said, kids like me don't have a paypal.

i tihnk this will take awhile to figure something out without having some kind of issue.the idea of it being free there would be tons and tons of names that would have to go in and that would take a very long time to record something like that on video
maybe get 2 mods or admins to pick a number that they both know what the number is and whoever wants in to pick a number and whoever guesses the number would win?idk maybe something like that.im just thinking of ideas im not interested in a swingarm as i dont think i need one,so im just throwin some ideas out in the air

How about the pick a number competition
We start off with a bunch of members the mods choose a number 1-10 then the members post their number, the members who chose that number advance to the next round and it continues that way until there is a winner. Seems to be the most fair to me, except those that need the swinger most may not get it. So maybe combine it with the story thing.
I would love to be part of this, but if i get a new swingarm i need a new axle also because my hubs are welded to the axle because of the idiot original owner

it will have to be more than 1-10 there will be way more than 10 people that will want in on the contest
I said 1-10 because we can do it in rounds like first round, second round and go on from there.
what you should do is:
start a new thread for people to enter to win it, they leave a 1 comment. if they leave two they are disqualified... leave the thread open for 24 hours, then go to RANDOM.ORG - True Random Number Service
type in how many posts there were and it will give you a random number, then you find that post. and there is your winner.

this would take forever and i think the people that dont really need one not to enter.
