Well, that's it. Gonna go get a number picked. I had 1 rule. Post as many times as you want but no more than 1 in 1 hour. More than 1 an hour and your out. To me 1 hour is 60 minutes. A post at 10:59 and 11:01 is 2 posts in 2 minutes, not 1 in 60. I hear the excuse but it ain't gonna fly. That arguement is closed. I'll get a number, post it here and go to their user profile for their post list. More than 1 per hour and I'll draw again till I get a good one.
