Confused.

Hey guys, I bought a blown up blaster and i was doing my research... seems to me it could of finished my piston off because of improper jets. What jets should i run with a Vforce reed w/spacer, full fmf power core 2 exhaust, and i plan on taking off airbox lid.

Please help a noob...

Elevation and air temp will be varying factors.refer to the jetting stickys in this forun

You should be in the 270-300 range. Put the 300 in and plug chop it. Sounds like you will be doing a rebuild. Read up on leak test and motor break in.

At sea level, this may help.

FMF = #260 main jet.
Aftermarket air cleaner + 1 size larger.
Air box lid off +2
32:1 pre mix +1
Needle in the middle slot.

Reeds and spacer block need no change in jetting.

32.5 pilot jet

Plug chop to confirm, as temperature and humidity come into the equasion
