The bike was running great and started loseing power and not it wont kick im going to try and change the spark plug but i can push the kick start down with my hand its very easy and i heard a big pop come out of the pipe any ideas anything will help how do i put compersation back in the motor??

First of all i think you mean "compression". And if you can push the kickstarter with your hand easily you need a top end rebuild. There is no way to bring up the compression on your atv UNLESS you have a gasket leak. Do a compressoin test and take your cylinder off and inspect it.
if you pull the head off you will be able to get a good look at things, then go from there. or pull your exhaust pipe off and look into the cylinder from there. KEEP YOUR FINGERS OUT!!!
Don't even bother with a compression test- you don't have any.
Get started on pulling the head off and having a look see.
Pay attention to the inside of the cylinder walls and if they are scored and scratched up.
I guessing you seized the rings.
You most likely need a new piston, rings, and a rebore.
No big deal.

i dont know i still think he should do a compression test cause

its a terrible way to see if you have compression or not on my blaster that ran it was easy to push the kicker with my hand and it had 110 psi
