Clutch

So i took blaster out other day, after riding hard, clutch went extremely soft. Adjusted at handle, but it was so far i could feel it was at max plate pushing.

Sat overnight, and was good again.

Took out today, went soft again. Adjusted, to max, still lurches forward.

I am taking off cover right now, what should i look for?

If plates were catching on basket, that would mean they are getting stuck when pulling lever, so it shouldn't be lurching because they are stuck while out.

if there are gooves on the basket or inner basket where the discs ride, it won't matter if you push the pressure plate out 3 inches, they will hang up.

are you sure your rod adjustment is correct ?

Idk why i even posted this. Cover off, rod vibrated itself out. Locktite on, cover on, torqued, done.

Congrats on finishin your blaster build man, looks good ! As soon as we get some descent weather we should try and hook up to do some ridin . . . Ill get a hold of Mike a.k.a. bummer981 and see if and when he's available, I know he cant wait for the weather to break either.

Thx man, but if your referring to my sig pic, thats how it looked when i bought it. Ill post pics of it now tomorrow. Mike is going out tomorrow to attica. He invited me out, but i didn't think i would have bike buttoned up and this weather sucks for the KX.

Lets hit some trails, im down to ride! I dont know where any are.

I dont personally know Mike, just on here. I didn't even know his name untill JBRoc said it, lol. I do wanna come to your ride, i need a month notice though of date. Gatta plan everything on my end with work.

AWR V ride thread will be posted in early may,
to vote for exact date, and gives everyone 2-1/2+ months to plan, request day(s) off work....and prepare the blasters I:I
