Clutch Springs?

My clutch seems to engage and disengage fine but the adjustment on the handle bars is all the way out and when i try to adjust it in it makes my clutch grab without using the lever? anybody had this problem and if u have give me some advice?

Your adjustment at the basket might be out of adjustment, basket is grooved or you need a new clutch.

Grooved clutch basket? If I were to buy another clutch do u have any suggestions? Not to expensive! Dirt digger, what do u think about this clutch?

you should try adjusting the basket before replacing anything.

If you do need to replace the clutch. the dirt digger is probably the best clutch on the market.

and if my clutch doesn't disengage completly?? when I hold the clutch and engage the 1st( just engage it while holding the clutch) my idle slows down a lot...it seems like something is rubbing... can i just adjust something or do I need to replace the whole clutch ?? and can I do it myself ?? I've heard a special tool is required to do that ...
