Awesome! don't mean to sound daft mate but is it possible you could take pictures of your engine and upload pictures? just im wanting to make sure there isn't anything missing on the outside. next thing the gearbox will be f*cked lol

will do man! il be taking pictures of everything i do with engine. once its back together il be taking pictures also of what it likes now and when i finish upgrading and get the new plastics for it at the end of the year il be taking pictures will be a big improvement though as the now its not very stylish lol needs completely dismantled and powdercoated and all the upgrades im getting. will be like brand new though along with the rebuild but a arms,seat cover , plastics,pro peg nerf bars, elka stage 4 shocks front and rear and handlebars and tyres and rims will all be brand new so will be literally new
what does a steering damper do ? iv seen them on ebay but never seen one being used.some guys here like the stearing damper. you should be able to pull that shaft out with the spring unhooked from the cases. clutch being hard to pull sounds like a worn out lever or a cable in need of lubrication. if your clutch is working fine then you just need to put it back in and hooke the spring in the very ovious place it goes. should go back in unless the rod has slid over in the way you can probably look down the hole with a flash light and push it out of the way with a screw driver if that is the case

i won't run without one, just saved my ass again last week, keeps the bars from getting ripped outta your hands during hard one tire impacts on rocks/ruts/trees
and is a huge help to arm fatigue
