My clutch is slipping really bad, I just bought a new one on feebay but I saw where somebody said to adjust it before you replace it, how do I adjust it?

theres a nut on the outside of the pressure plate when its installed,back the nut off and the pushrod has a philips end on it you adjust the clutch by turning it in our out then tighten the nut back down.you want to line up the pointer on the case to the pointer on the shaft where your cable goes.
