Yesterday i noticed i have no clutch i have about 2-3 inches of free play, and when i pull the clutch in and i rev the engine it continues to move. When the quad is off, and in gear, and i push it while the clutch is in it moves about a foot then it stops.
So do i need another clutch or what do i need to do to fix this and if i do need a clutch what kind shall i get and how hard is it to put one in.

i would pull your clutch cover off and take a look at your clutch maybe your clutch is done. just pick up a barnet clutch or ebc clutch pack.

i just got my blaster tuesday and i had the same problem mine was the clutch cable it was stretched i made a custom spacer got the cable where it wold engauge and dis engauge and it works fine now so check your cableif its stretched buy a new one or make a spacer which ever u wanna do and if its the clutxh its self i was looking at the vito's racing clucth and it 60 bucks i dont think there that hard to replace hope i helped if so how bout some rep points

slow down now, tcoop's on the right track here.
before you run off and spend $$ on a new clutch pack that you may not need, lets go through the other possibilities. cables DO stretch over time, that's why they have adjusters on them. do you have your cable adjuster at the lever turned all the way out? if so, you should def check the adjustment of the pressure plate by looking at the actuator arm that the cable hooks to on the left side.
it's possible that the cable is just stretched past it's usable tolerance.
your symptoms aren't indicative of a bad clutch pack. if the plates were frozen, she would cut off when put in gear sitting still. if the springs were weak, the clutch would slip and the engine would rev freer than the tranny.....

if it is stretched all we did was took an old arrow i dont use anymore cut it then sliced it where u can put the cable threw it stuck it at the end of the adjuster and the beggining of the rubber plastic cable thing and then adjusted it till the actuator arm was in the right position
