the clutch dosent engage or anything it's adjusted right idk what else to do any suggestions thanks. we took it apart and it seems fine is there away to tell if the parts are bad?

I took it apart and saw just the push rod and one little bolt looking thing that goes at the bottom of it, but I can take pics next time I have it apart I need to order a new gasket first.
Im having the same problem.....i think. When i let off my clutch it wont engage until the very end of its travel and its progressively getting worse. I found out that my brother (who doesn't ride at all) tried riding it and possibly stalled it out repeatedly. The linkage is fine too.
Well mine DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! Put it in gear and hold the clutch in and it still does not work. I'm not sure..maybe I'm missing the ball bearing. I'll have to look into buying a kit for it. I have everything but the bearing I THINK. Maybe someone can link me to where I can buy one? Thanks appreciate it.
its likely not the clutch going bad (although still possible), because it will usually still engage normal and work ok at lower rpm and just slip and rev up with no pull when you get on it
make sure there is plenty of oil in the case... also make sure the adjustment at the bars is right... there should be a round locking nut on a threaded bolt that the cable slides into and hooks to the handle... if the nut is not locked, the bolt can rattle loose while riding and spin out... not allowing the cable to fully release the clutch, acting as if the handle is still half squeezed....
loosen up the round nut... try screwing the bolt in until you have a little play in the handle so you know that is not what is keeping the clutch from grabbing, and make sure to spin the nut down fairly tight with your fingers.. (so you can adjust again in the field later if needed).. should do the trick
