clutch lever

i have a 93 blaster i bought it and the engine was slightly disasembled ...how do i put the clutch lever in and is there a tool to get the spring on

you mean the actuator arm on the case?
well, first make sure the seal is in there properly, then drop the spring onto the arm, then the washer then drop the assy into the case flat side toward the clutch. just use pliers to get the spring on there. it's easy.

oh and after you install it, you'll want to adjust the clutch plate by the screw in the middle of the pressure plate. but check to make sure first.
