I'm gonna be buying a new clutch kit pretty soon probably off ebay, and I just wanted some feedback on what brand I should go with. I've never bought a clutch kit so I don't have any personal experience in the different brands as far as quality and how long they will or should last. Im looking for a happy medium between quality and a descent price, as of now I'm thinking either ebc or Tusk ... Any feedback or opinions would be greatly appreciated, thanks !

I have bought ebc most of the time when replacing the fibers. as for plates, mic them, hardly ever see them go bad.

It also depends on what you are dong or how you are riding.. you get what you pay for in fibers.

Sporty

I put a tusk clutch kit in my 400ex and one on a friends blaster. both have been in for about 2 years now and no problems yet.

i've had the tusk clutches in my black, stockish blaster all season with no signs of troubles yet.

In my built sig bike i run the Driveline Performance 240HD kit, they also make a standard HD kit,
look them up on ebay, and read what they say about the different clutches they have dyno'd, and the benefits of the extra full size fiber and non dimpled steel plates they provide in their kits
i'm on my second season and zero signs of slippage yet.
well worth the money IMO !
