I bought a new clutch and it is soaking. Going to install tonight... I just have one question though. The steel plates have a "dimple" I was wondering if they can only go in one way or is there a pattern or something to the way they go in. any help is appreciated, Thanks.

when you take your old clutch pack out lay them in order, one by one on a table or something EXACTLY as they come out then you have a blueprint for how they have to go back in. this only works of course if it was put in correctly last time.

WOW noober that was fast.. Have a problem there though, already mixed them up because I carried them over to my fathers house (next door haha). He wanted to see them.

huh, well good luck with that!!! lol I:I I:I

but seriously you need to get a book or mabey someone else will chime in soon.

if the steels have a cutaway rotate them (1 at 12:00 next at 2:00 then 4 until you have them in, if they are regular steels they are stamped out of steel so one edge will be sharp and the other side has a rolled edge, install with the rolled edge out

Thank you so much... now I can get my blaster together and not have to ride my 250R! I will post up how the tusk heavy duty kit works.
