SUP guys, today i did the oil block off removal and removed the white wheel in the crank case. (i had the HARDEST time EVER putting the kickstart bearing in cus the damn thing came out with the cover. but i got it in) when i took off the clutch cover i see that the clutch basket looked pretty scrapped as if it was grinding on the cover but the cover looks fine. i did a recent oil change. Days later this happened: when i hold the clutch lever in while in gear it wont roll but only lightly and i hear the motor turning. clutch lever from the motor is aligned to the arrow so the question is the scrape on the basket. Also when i pull the clutch lever i can see the plates move so. But the scrapes Doesnt look normal. whats the verdict fellas??? maybe last owner changed the cover? idk(the last is a video i made to ask u guys WTF am i supposed to do. LMAO but i figured it out so disregard it. i just thought it was funny and laugh at myself when i watched it. took like almost 3 hours to figure out)

yeah you got it, tab goes in the hole, then wrap the spring clockwise all the way around and stick it in that hole... watch it dont come out and wack your fingers before you get them out of the way lol

the scrapping on the clutch basket wont hurt anything...

man not too long ago i posted some up close pics of how to install the kickstarter

that looks a little odd, but it almost appears to be machined

yea man the spring snapped back hella times and tore my new gasket! i was like WTH FML! so i couldnt leave the poor quad sideways (scrapping my wheels) so i used black silicone all around and it held up.
As for the basket, idk what thats all about neither. it looked as if it GRINDED on something but like i said the case looks perfectly fine. (I love my quad and im always itching to ride it but i live in a city and no trails in RI that i know of and no truck. i have it just to tune out of hobby. unfortunately im CONSIDERING selling it cus i dont wanna get in sum sh*t driving it on the street by cops) :(

The basket damage may have been from a previous kick sping that broke or was installed incorrectly. Who knows as long as its not hitting anything now dont worry about it,
