Im almost positive its not my bearings in the rear end, my axle seems to be tight with not much play up and down and no play left and right. My sprocket and rotor are a little loose on teh splines but nothing crazy i dont think.

The noise happens when i put the bike under a heavy load, like when i go up a hill or mash the throttle. I here a click click click with quick viberations untill i let off.

I know my sprocket it warn down pretty bad, the chain is partly resting on the nuts that hold the sprocket to the hub, could this be the reason for the clicking and vibration under a load??

Please help!

Any ideas? Has anybody used a sprocket that was warn down that far?

What's an easy way to check if your axle bearings are good or bad with out taking the axle apart?

well if your sprocket is worn down that far.. its probably the problem .. my first thought was maybe you have one to many links or not enough links causing it to bind but i cant see nor here it so it just a guess. .

I'm hoping, I guess I will just have to try a different sprocket and see if it makes a difference? Is there any real way to tell if you have a bad bearing with out taking the axle out?

yeah, sounds like the sprockets are bad...

my friends 300ex did the same thing, then he replaced the chain and sprockets and it went away

Mine makes loud clicking sounds because the chain rubs the skid plate, maybe check that?
