Clean Up your Rusty pipe. *PICS*

Hey I have a little tip for you guys if you want to clean up that rusty pipe

I use a little bit of liquid car wax and some aluminum foil..check out my pics

*Note, the first 2 pics is after I started, forgot to take pics before i started.

Nice. so you just put wax on the pipe and brushed it with aluminum foil?

Yes sir, My neighbor showed me this when i was like 6 years old, cause i had rust on the back wheel of my "Huffy" hahaah the bicycle days

Wait, so you just rub the wax into the rusty pipe with aluminum foil??

Mine is kinda rusty, and I was thinking about trying to wipe it down with some steel wool....but then it would just rust again.
I guess the wax would help keep it from rusting for a while...but how does the aluminum foil (which is all flat, not abrassive) get rid of the rust?
