Chromed / Polished 400ex rear shock

the parts you should have snatched up last week were:

+4 swinger with round house carrier and brand new brake line, chromed, brand new $280
+4 G Force Banshee axle, every part freshly chromed $200 ($250 in chroming services alone)
Toomey B1, used slightly, no dents, polished silencer, $200

what kind of arm was that ( manufacturer) i was watching it on ebay

I own several jigs. I used to build swing arms, a-arms, steering stems, carbon fiber axles & drag frames (for just about every atv made) for both my own company as well as a couple well known retailers.

The arm that you saw was built using my jig by a local guy that has worked for me over the years fab'in stuff.

The price that the arm went for was just a smidge over the cost of the chroming service alone, not including the materials or labor to build it.

Ive been working on a couple of new ideas using 3/4" arched tubing like these examples:

370cc stroker on alchy, making 67hp. Bike was named "the patriot" same as the missile. That swing arm was made from extruded aluminum rectangular tubing. Very expense.

The rims were polished to a mirror finish, annodized red, then clear (red) powder coated.

I set of fully adjustable (heimed at all three points) chromoly arms will run you $650, before coating or paint. heim costs alone are over $150.00

then we can talk about tubing size and wall thickness that could change that prices some.

Im sure you can buy them cheaper elsewhere that produce 10+ sets a month.
