I would, as long as he has been shown how to run it and had some seat time before going solo, I wouldn't have a problem with it. He's in a buggy with a 4 or 5 point harness and a full roll cage, its pretty safe.

yea that looks pretty dangerous. Did he even have a helmit. A doubt the 4 point harness works like it is suposed to with 1 foot of foam behind the driver seems like he could get flung out. Bad ass machine though.
