well another week and still no arms so its looking like another excuse. i can say this i have given this guy plenty of chances to make it right and the dude just refuses too. ive emailed him twice asking for a tracking number and called a couple times to get no answer. it must be hard to answer a phone or type a tracking number in an email and send because this guy cant do none of it. i sure hope he builds better than his business is ran if not i dont even see how he has a business. this is ridiculous 7 weeks and still no arms!!!

nce you wait this long things never tend to go good.Time to file a claim or get in touch with your financial institution and get that return rolling and go elsewhere.There a-arms looked really nice and a great design but what good are they if they can't even produce them when an order comes in.Good luck I hope it all works out for you.

looks like your right stroker, good thing i saved those guys number. only thing is that they wont build me a +4 set, only a +3.
Hey man I am sorry to hear this about your arms. It took a month to get mine built right and pc'd and mailed to me. Keep in mind every set of arms are built one offs not like ASR mass produced stuff. You will have the only set like you requested. One thing I can tell you is once you get them, if you 2 can work it out, he will take care of those arms if any problems arrise. He sent me aluminum tie rods but the diameter was a little too big and I texted him I needed chromoly since it would be thinner. I received them a week later. I am in Florida and he is in Oregon. Sometimes the pc shop holds things up. I am not here to make excuses and I would be upset as well, but I can tell you once you get these arms on the quad you will like them. Again sorry to hear the issues, I just saw this thread as I have been out of state on business for 2 weeks now and not on forum. I just texted Lew to see if he had an answer. if he gives me anything I will post up. I am sitting in an airport right now with a 3hr delay on my flight!!!!lol
i talked to lew this morning and he assured me that they should deliver this thursday, he told me him and his dad were going threw a deal and he was in the process of moving to his own shop and been having some delays. if i would have known what was going on i would have never made the thread and gave him plenty of time because i would understand. i just wanted to know what was going on and now i do. i have no hard feelings or anything towards the guy. im sure once i get em ill be happy with em.
lew jr moved from his dad's shop (twister crank shafts) over a year ago. unless he moved back in, this is utter BS
Hey bro, I sure hope you get them. His product may be top-o-the line, But customer service is sh*t! He should give a discount like free shipping, 20% off just for all this 'misunderstanding". Good luck my Bro!
He gave me a good deal from the get go. I told him what I had to spend and even threw in the pivot works bearings for the arms and those ain't cheap and he shipped for that price too.
I also spoke with him this morning while I was waiting in the airport and he told me he was moving into a new shop and things were upside down for a few weeks. He also told me the arms were on there way. He also said he was making a new website with quad specific pages and sent me pics of some sick foot pegs he made and was making heel guards too as well as many blaster specific parts like stems, nerfs, arms, heel guards & pegs.
I want to see this through as I feel somewhat responsible for posting the arms on here in the first place.
As for oregon dunes response about the move, I just texted Lew and recieved this "I didnt move shops a year ago, I have been in my dads shop since i was 15 and finally takin up too much room"

Well maybe you dont know everything you think you know. He sent me a text picture of the reciept thru usps to Texas. It cost him over $60 to ship the product to 3 wh33l3r rid3r. They will be there soon. Forums can be great tools and they can be bad tools. All in all he will have a one off set of custom built arms unlike any others out there and they will ride awesome. If there is ever a failure they will be taken care of as well. Sometimes sh*t happens but in the end it will come thru.
I bet those stretched custom banshee drag swingers and arms dont show up in a week like asr or lonestar mass produced items do either. You get what you pay for and custom work takes time.

Goodman- Even if his shop burnt down, he gave the run around more than one time, as you can see in 3 wheelr's first post, He had a few chances to say, I'm behind cause of moving, or whatever the deal was at the time, but he chooses to BS, It's just poor customer service. Guys haven't waited two months to get asr or lonestar arms either, If so there would be a write-up on here about that. You shouldn't feel responsible at all, You recieved great service (according to you). But the fact is 3 wheelr didn't.
I will search another forum where the "move" celebration was announced. Im 50, I know thats old to many of you, but my memory isnt totally gone just yet. Portland is not a HUGE community and peps like Lew and Lew Jr. are well known and the things that they are doing. So when Jr. announced that he was starting his own thing and moving out, that was a BIG thing here.
Not to muddy things more, but he sure it spending a lot of time sending YOU proof of someone else's delivered product. Why not just provide the information to the customer who bought and paid for the information ?
All that really matters here is he lied repeatedly to a customer. Failed to return his calls after he collected his money and only after another customer got involved did he do something about it. I like the work that he and his dad both do, but this type of business practice wont last him long in this industry.

What I did say was custom drag arms and swingers by Lew or any other guy in this field dont show up in a week like Lonestar and ASR(mass produced stuff).

If he says he didnt move from dads shop until now then I have no reason not to belive him. The deal is though that the arms are definitely on the way. I also have a text pic of the arms and all I can say is FREAKIN SICK!!! I love the green, after this season I will likely make our frame and arms that color.
