chain tensioner

both of my chain tensioners are loose and it doesn't look like they will go any more. do i need new ones or what? how much are tey if i need new ones?:-/

Are they bottomed out all the way in? Are they stripped or both?

u will need a new chain or just puch a link out of the chain but if its that streched i would just buy a new chain

they have more threads to tighten it up, but i think they will bottom out before they get tight...any1 have a chain?
