chain roller help

what is this one peice, and where does it go. And why is the conventional swing arm pivot roller not included??? If that peice takes place of the pivot roller how does it work???

Your circled piece in your pic takes the place of the chain roller. The chain just slides over it.

thats what i was starting to frigure just wanted to be sure so i can go ahead and order it

Yea it goes over the swing arm.
