cfm intake mounting

So I was installing my new cfm air box tonight. It looks like there is only one bolt that mounts to the frame and there is a piece of stock that just sits between the y of the frame on the right side. Is this correct? I don't have my new carb yet so perhaps that helps hold it in place? It just seems strange that there is only one bolt that holds it tight? Seems like it would rattle around in there. Any one have any tips on this? Thanks
